Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if you change your mind. If the item, you have ordered is faulty we are happy to send a replacement or anything damaged during transit within 4 days of being received.

SHIPPING
Usually ships within 3 days of receiving order. Free shipping most items WITHIN AUSTRALIA. Due to COVID-19 shipping times may vary and Express Post CANNOT be guaranteed.

​In keeping with the ethos of sustainability packaging is kept to a minimum. However, due to the delicate nature of some items extra packaging including the use of plastics is unavoidable. To reduce waste if you are located within the Brisbane area, we are happy to negotiate for you to pick up your order.

Postage costs are kept to a minimum however, extra charges will be incurred for items to be posted outside of Australia.
